James D. Lee is a real estate professional and investor who specializes in probate properties located in Los Angeles county. As a Certified Probate Expert (CPE), James has made it his mission to help families going through the often overwhelming estate and inheritance process. He specifically chose the probate niche when a close cousin tragically died young, leaving behind her husband, two young children, and a labyrinth of paperwork and loose ends to tie up.

While assisting the family during this period, James was shocked to discover that the types of resources, services, and information they actually needed were completely different than what was recommended by their attorney and real estate professional. As a result he vowed to fill this void by building his probate real estate business on the principles of empathy, client education, and problem solving. With a background in the mortgage industry and as a real estate investor, James is able to offer a variety of options and solutions that most real estate agents can’t.

When not helping families navigate the probate process, you will find James spending time with his beautiful wife and two children. He is an active member of his local church, an avid Muay Thai kickboxer, and loves traveling. You can always make him happy with tasty beef jerky, good coffee, and a solid Dad joke.
